One week. Written build plan. Fixed quote. Yours either way.
Discovery is the moment you find out we know what we’re doing — and we find out whether your build is real. The output is a written workflow audit, a system architecture, a fixed-scope build quote, and a delivery timeline. S$1,500–S$3,000 depending on complexity.

Discovery turns the messy workflow into a buildable plan
The paid discovery output is a practical operating map, not a sales deck.
- On-site or remote sessions with sales admin, production manager, and finance.
- Walk through ten real recent orders to map every implicit pricing, routing, and document rule.
- Identify the highest-ROI workflow surface and the surface that should ship second.
- Architect the system: portals, data model, integration surface, role permissions, mobile needs.
- Confirm fit with existing finance system and InvoiceNow readiness.
- A written workflow audit — your operations diagrammed in plain language.
- A proposed system architecture you can hand to any other dev team.
- A fixed-scope build quote with a delivery date — not a vague range.
- A grant-readiness note (PSG / EDG) if either is plausible.
- Yours to keep, build with us, or build with anyone — the document is the deliverable.
What happens, day by day.
Stakeholder map. Walk the factory or call. Agree the workflow surfaces we will audit deeply.
Ten recent orders. Every implicit rule made explicit. The master Excel mapped end-to-end.
Portals, data model, role permissions, integrations. Trade-offs surfaced and decided.
Phase 1 scope sized against an engagement band. Fixed price. Fixed timeline. Risk register.
Walk through the written plan. Decide what to build first or whether to defer.
Free discovery favours people who are not buying.
Paid discovery filters. The people who pay are the people who would value the document on its own — and those are the people the build conversation is real with.
Paid discovery produces sharper work. Free discovery converges on a vague pitch. Paid discovery converges on a written scope the client can hand to a different team.
And paid discovery is non-refundable for a reason. If we are not the right team, you have spent S$1,500–S$3,000 and walked away with a real workflow audit. That is a small investment relative to the cost of choosing the wrong build partner.
Things prospects usually ask before paying.
Is the discovery fee refundable if I do not build with you?+
No — that is the point. The fee buys you the written audit and quote. Whether or not you build with us, you walk away with a usable workflow document and architecture.
Who needs to be available during the week?+
Sales admin (the person who owns the master Excel), production manager, and the senior decision-maker for at least the kickoff and handover. Finance for an hour to confirm integration surface.
Can the discovery output qualify for PSG or EDG?+
The discovery itself usually does not. The build that follows may qualify for EDG (Enterprise Development Grant) if scope and headcount fit; we surface this during the week.
Can we do this remotely?+
Yes. We prefer one on-site session in Singapore plus four remote, but full-remote works for engagements outside SG or for ops teams already distributed.
What if we are not ready to commit to a discovery?+
Run the cost estimator first, then the readiness diagnostic. If both come back urgent and the band is real, discovery is the next logical step. If neither feels urgent, you may not need us yet.
Applying for EDG? Discovery is where it starts.
EDG (Enterprise Development Grant) can cover up to 50% of your custom ERP cost — but the application must be approved before any build work begins. During Discovery, we produce the scope document and budget estimate that your application needs. If EDG timing is a factor, flag it when you book.
